Terms & Conditions

We provide beauty treatments from a private home-based treatment room, including eyelash extensions, lash and brow treatments, nails, facials and skincare, waxing, spray tanning, massage (including hot stone massage), and body spa treatments. All treatments are carried out by appointment only.

• Appointments are booked through our website and paid via Stripe, our secure payment processor.
• By booking, you authorise us to securely store your payment method with Stripe and to apply the cancellation and no-show charges set out in section 3.
• Prices are as shown on our website at the time of booking and may change for future bookings.

• Before certain treatments you must complete a consultation form covering allergies, skin and medical conditions, medication and pregnancy status. You must answer honestly and tell us of any changes before each appointment.
• We may decline or adapt a treatment where we reasonably believe it is not safe or suitable for you. Where we decline for safety reasons disclosed at or before the appointment, our cancellation policy may still apply if the relevant information was withheld at booking.
• Some treatments are not suitable during pregnancy or with certain medical conditions. If in doubt, contact us before booking.

• A patch test is required at least 24–48 hours before your first appointment for eyelash extensions, lash/brow tinting, and lash lift treatments, and after any break of 6 months or more.
• You may choose to waive the patch test by signing our patch test waiver before treatment. By signing the waiver you confirm you understand and accept the risk of an allergic reaction.
• We reserve the right to insist on a patch test and refuse treatment without one where we consider it necessary.

• Clients under 18 will only be treated with a parent or legal guardian present throughout the appointment, and the parent or guardian must sign a consent form before treatment.
• Some treatments are not available to under-18s. We reserve the right to ask for photo ID.

• Treatments take place in a private, dedicated treatment room within a residential home. The treatment room is a women-only space, provided as a single-sex service for reasons of privacy and dignity given the nature of the treatments offered.
• Clients must attend alone. Friends, partners, children and other guests cannot be accommodated, with the sole exception of a parent or guardian accompanying a client under 18 (section 6).
• As the premises is a private residence, other members of the household may be present elsewhere in the home; the treatment room itself is private and secured for the duration of your appointment.
• The exact address is provided after your booking is confirmed. Please do not share it publicly.

• Arrive on time and follow any pre-treatment instructions we give you (for example, exfoliating before a spray tan or arriving with clean lashes).
• Follow aftercare advice provided. We are not responsible for problems caused by failure to follow aftercare guidance.
• Treat our home, equipment and staff with respect. We may refuse or end a treatment, without refund, in the event of abusive, aggressive or inappropriate behaviour.

• Results vary from person to person and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
• If you are unhappy with a treatment, contact us within 48 hours at beautybyrellaldn@gmail.com with details and photos. Where a treatment has not been carried out with reasonable care and skill, we will offer a free correction or an appropriate remedy in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
• Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

With your consent, we may take before and after photos for our records and for use on our website and social media. You are free to decline, and this will never affect your treatment.

• We hold appropriate insurance for the treatments we provide.
• We are not liable for reactions or injuries arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided on your consultation form, from a waived patch test, or from failure to follow aftercare advice.
• We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings brought to appointments.
• Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Gift vouchers and promotional offers, where available, are subject to any stated expiry dates and conditions, are non-transferable for cash, and cannot be combined unless stated.

• We may update these terms from time to time; the version on our website at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
• These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
